Under the State of Maryland Department of Human Services and Montgomery County Food Council, VAS is an authorized Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Outreach Community Based Organization (CBO). As a CBO, VAS is authorized to provide supportive services to ensure clients access to food assistance.
