1. Green Card (Permanent Resident)

• • Form I-485 – Application to adjust status (get a green card from inside the U.S.) 

• • Form I-130 – Petition for family member (used to sponsor a spouse, child, parent, or sibling) 

• • Form I-90 – Green card renewal or replacement 

2. Naturalization (U.S. Citizenship)

• • Form N-400 – Application for naturalization (We offer free citizenship classes) 

• • Form N-600 – Certificate of citizenship for children of U.S. citizens 

• • Form N-565 -Application for Replacement of Naturalization/Citizenship Document 

3. Work Authorization

• • Form I-765 – Application for Employment Authorization Document (EAD/work permit) 

4. Travel Documents

• • Form I-131 – Reentry permit 

5. Check for fee waiver

• • Form I-912 to ask for a fee waiver if you qualify by income. 

6. U.S. Passport

• • Form DS -11 Apply a U.S.passport for the first time 

• • Form  DS-82 Renew your U.S.passport 

7. Interpretation & Translation

• • Interpretation -Interpreting at the citizenship interview 

• • Translation – Translating and notorizing documents from Vietnamese into English

1. Thẻ Xanh (Thường Trú Nhân) 

• • Mẫu I-485 – Đơn xin điều chỉnh tình trạng (xin thẻ xanh khi đang ở trong nước Mỹ) 

• • Mẫu I-130 – Đơn bảo lãnh thân nhân (dùng để bảo lãnh vợ/chồng, con cái, cha mẹ, hoặc anh/chị/em ruột)

2. Nhập Tịch (Quốc Tịch Hoa Kỳ)                                   

• • Mẫu N-400 – Đơn xin nhập quốc tịch Mỹ (Chúng tôi có lớp học quốc tịch miễn phí) 

• • Mẫu N-600 – Đơn xin cấp Giấy Chứng Nhận Quốc Tịch cho con của công dân Hoa Kỳ 

• • Mẫu N-565 – Đơn xin cấp lại giấy nhập tịch/quốc tịch 

3. Giấy Phép Làm Việc

• • Mẫu I-765 – Đơn xin Giấy Phép Làm Việc (EAD/thẻ đi làm)

• • Mẫu I-131 – Đơn xin Giấy Phép Tái Nhập Cảnh 

5. Miễn Lệ Phí

7. Phiên Dịch & Dịch Thuật

• • Dịch thuật – Dịch và công chứng tài liệu từ tiếng Việt sang tiếng Anh
