- Setup at 10:00 AM. Cleanup by 6:00 PM. Leave your area clean.
- Additional fees apply for facility damage or leftover trash.
- All marketing materials (logo, etc.) must be submitted by September 5th, 2026 at 5:00 PM to thanhuynhvinhthuy@vasusa.org
- Fee must be received by September 4th, 2026 at 5:00 PM
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Form closes September 7th, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.
