MAF 2026 Vendor Information
Vietnamese American Services (VAS), Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the Vietnamese-American community in Maryland, particularly seniors, new immigrants, families, and individuals with limited English proficiency.
Through cultural preservation and community engagement, VAS proudly presents the Maryland Mid-Autumn Festival 2026 – Moonlight of Reunion, one of the largest annual Vietnamese cultural celebrations in Maryland.
The festival is expected to welcome more than 2,500 attendees, including families, community leaders, local businesses, government agencies, and visitors from across Maryland and neighboring states.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is more than a celebration—it is a day of reunion, cultural pride, and community connection, bringing generations together beneath the Mid-Autumn moon while honoring Vietnamese traditions and heritage.

Vendor Options:
• Information Booth ($150): Informational only (no sales)
• Business Booth ($200): Product/service sales
• Food Booth ($300): Sell food or beverages
• Premium Food Booth ($1,000): Addition Full-page ad in digital/printed program, 6-month online promotion on VAS website/socials
All vendor spots include one table and two chairs. Tents and power sources not provided.
Event Guidelines
• Setup begins at 11:00 AM; cleanup ends at 6:00 PM
Vendors must:
- Stay at assigned location
- Provide their own tent and power source (if needed)
- Keep their space clean or face potential fees for damage/trash
- Registration deadline: August 28th, 2026 at 3:00 PM
- Payment deadline: September 4th, 2026 at 5:00 PM
- All payments are non-refundable.
